- How does the free trial work?
- Create a Craftybase trial account on any plan above. You’ll have unlimited access to all of Craftybase’s features for 2 full weeks! After 2 weeks, we’ll ask you to choose a plan to continue (you can choose to continue with your current plan level, downgrade, or upgrade). If you decide not to subscribe at this point, no problem and no hard feelings. Your access to Craftybase will lapse, and all entered data will be removed.
- What if I need more time to evaluate Craftybase?
- Hey, we get it. Life happens! Before your trial is due to expire, you’ll get an email reminder. Need more time? Just reply to that email, and we'll be happy to add a couple of days for you.
- Are there any additional set-up fees?
- Nope, there are no set-up fees of any kind.
- How do I pay after the trial?
- We'll send you instructions on how to subscribe near the end of your trial. We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with PayPal, and process payments securely. All prices are charged in USD.
- How are line items calculated?
- Your monthly line item limit is calculated from a 3 month rolling average of all unique items in an order. Details on exactly how this is calculated can be found here.
- Do you have larger volume plans?
- We do - please get in touch with us with a rundown of your typical sales volume and we'll tailor a plan to your needs.
